Gigi Sunley

Gigi started yoga when she was in her late teens and her dedication to the practice has been transformative for her mental, physical and spiritual health. Now at 27, after completing a 200 Hr YTT a few years ago and more recently a 100 Hr Restorative and Meditation training, she teaches community and private yoga classes throughout London. Alongside hosting retreats in the Kent countryside and studying to become a health therapist at The College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Gigi is passionate about sharing yoga with those who are looking to find a deeper sense of connection with their bodies, she is constantly evolving and growing towards having a more nurturing relationship with herself, and through tuning into the body with breath and an asana postural practice, she has dealt with her own disordered eating. Gigi is now a facilitator for the non-profit organisation Eat Breathe Thrive where she hosts courses helping people to discover how yoga can help you eat mindfully, build resilience and feel better in your body.

Gigi finds inspiration through nature, art and reading; and these influences are incorporated into her nourishing and heart-felt yoga classes.
