Lucia Zanone

Vinyasa and Power Yoga Teacher

I turned to yoga in my early 20s as a way to find some quiet during a chaotic time in my life. On the mat, everything felt safer. Without realising it at the time, this marked the beginning of a special journey of healing and reconnection, starting from the body through the physical practice and gradually moving inward.

Originally from Italy, I moved to London in 2021, eager to start a new chapter of my life. While relocating to a new country brought disorientation and fear, it also sparked excitement and curiosity. and in yoga I felt I could find my home again. I then realised  that actually I was learning how to find home back to myself. I also realised life is too short, and we have the power to realign our paths with our present desires and aspirations, transcending the limitations of our past choices. Therefore I decided to quit my corporate job and fully embrace teaching yoga.

I mainly teach vinyasa and power yoga. My classes are intelligently sequenced and designed to create an inclusive space where students can experiment, have fun, feel grounded, and find moments of quiet introspection. Most importantly, it's a place where students can show up for themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally—suitable for all bodies and abilities.

I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa YTT with High Yoga School (with Mona Godfrey & Christian Coelho), a 40-hour Trauma-Sensitive Yoga TT (with Nicolette Wilson-Clarke), and will complete a 40-hour Yin TT in August 2024 (with Norman Blair).
