Ochre Seagrim

Studio Manager and Teacher

Ochre found yoga in 2016, coming from a background in choreography, she loved the freedom yoga gave her in being able to move and connect with her body, without being defined by what it could and couldn’t do.

She completed her 200hr Hatha Yoga teacher training with the East + West Institute in Bali under Deep Kumar and Gurumukh Singh in 2018, and since then trainings in Yoga for Emotional Trauma and Eating Disorders (Lisa Kaley-Isley), Yin (Murielle Burellier and Sebastian Pucelle), Kids (TriYoga), and Pregnancy (Nadia Raffat).

Today, Ochre’s classes are a balance of strength and release, with an emphasis on bringing you into a deep state of calm and grounding. Her passion for movement flows through her teaching, where she guides creative, breath-focused embodied movement - giving her students the space to explore what they need to nurture themselves in their practice.
