Sarah Weatherby

Sarah is a mind-body facilitator, offering yoga, breathwork and sound as her core modalities. She is dedicated to helping people reconnect to their authentic self and build resilience within their nervous system to feel regulated.

Her journey into this space began as a personal practice for grounding and self discovery over a decade ago, which soon became a deeper calling to support others in meeting themselves exactly where they are. Drawing from years of lived experience and a diverse range of trainings, she blends both spirituality and science into her offerings, and can tailor to dynamic needs or restorative.

Sarah’s approach is supportive and nourishing - inviting awareness, curiosity and exploration of mind, body and breath. She empowers people, in a playful and accessible way, to expand into their full potential and to feel more - more alive, more relaxed, more focused, more balanced.
