No pressure. No perfectionism. Just clarity, softness and a bit of magic.
We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony to open the heart and invite new possibilities.
Then, an astrological forecast for 2026 — a year themed around purpose, discipline, and taking beautifully aligned action.
We’ll explore how to set intentions that actually feel doable (and joyful!), and share practical tools to support consistency without force.
Breathwork will help clear the mind, soften the nervous system, and make space for self-belief.
Then we’ll melt into yin yoga, accompanied by live crystal bowls tuned to match the energy of each pose — enhancing release and deepening the experience.
To close, a deeply restorative gong bath, allowing the body to rest, integrate and absorb everything from the evening.
