Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Experience the blissful practice of restorative yoga, where gentle, supported postures are held for extended periods, allowing the body to release tension and restore balance. Marta will provide personalised adjustments and modifications to ensure that each participant feels comfortable and supported throughout the practice. As well as sound and a head massage to help you reach that deeper state of calm. 

To end the practice, indulge in the profound relaxation of yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep". Through the power of intention and visualisation, you will journey into a state of deep relaxation, where stress melts away, and inner peace is cultivated.
