New Moon is the perfect time to reflect inward, aligning our personal intentions.
Beginning with some breathwork to calm our systems and get us ready for a short guided New Moon meditation.
David will then accompany our gentle yin yoga session on his sound bowls attuned to each individual yoga position, strengthening and enhacing each pose.
We’ll end with a long sound bath intertwining sound bowl binaural beats with Jo’s gorgeous gong and other instruments to completely rest and reset our nervous system.
